PRESS RELEASE: REGISTRATION FOR TEACHERS - SEPT. 2010 LICENSURE EXAMINATION (NCR & Region IV only)

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that the registration for the issuance of professional identification card (ID) and certificate of registration for the successful examinees (NCR and Region IV only) in the September 2010 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), will start on Monday, November 22, 2010 at the Office for Professional Teachers, 3rd Floor, PRC Annex Building, at P. Paredes St., corner Morayta St., Sampaloc, Manila.

The registration requirements are as follows:

Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal

Current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)

1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)

2 pieces 2” x 2” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag)

Metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form

Initial registration fee of P600.00 and annual registration fee of P450.00 for 2010-2013

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professional Teachers.
